Carton Taping Machine
The Carton Taping Machines from Durapak are designed to automate the taping process for sealing carton boxes. Using high-quality adhesive tapes, these machines seal the top and bottom of cartons efficiently, ensuring a tight, durable seal. Perfect for high-volume packaging environments like warehouses and distribution centers, they enhance packaging speed and consistency, reducing the need for manual intervention
A carton taping machine, or carton sealer, applies adhesive tape across the top and bottom flaps of a carton as belts carry it through the machine. Each box is sealed straight, with the same length of tape, at a speed that hand taping cannot match.
Carton Erectors
Durapak’s Carton Erectors automatically form and fold flat carton blanks into ready-to-pack boxes. These machines significantly speed up the packaging process by preparing cartons for packing without manual labor, ideal for high-volume operations. Commonly used in industries like food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, and consumer goods, they increase efficiency and ensure uniformity in packaging.
A carton erector takes flat, folded carton blanks from a magazine, opens each one into a box, folds the bottom flaps and seals them with tape or hot-melt glue. The open carton is then ready to be filled by hand or by a packing machine.

Wrap Around Case Packer

It wraps cartons tightly around products, providing a secure and compact packaging solution ideal for shipping and retail display. The case packer is perfect for industries like beverage, food, and personal care, where high-speed, precise, and space-efficient packaging is crucial.
A wrap around case packer groups products such as bottles, cans or cartons and folds a flat corrugated blank tightly around them, then glues the case closed. Because the case is formed around the products, it fits closely and gives a strong, compact shipper.
